A structure to suit your business requirement
We provide a service with flexibility to meet your needs and deliver solutions – We will:
- Provide an initial consultation for up to an hour at no charge on the first call with a new customer. Thereafter, services are charged at $150 per hour.
- We will not never charge you for listening to your problem – Generally this means 5-15 minutes of every call for a new issue is free.
- If the problem cannot be solved in 15 minutes, we will provide a solution and estimated time required
- If we solve your problem in 15 minutes we will charge you – this type of call will fall under Administration services as per below
- Provide NetSuite administration services charged at $120 per hour
- Provide complete transparency around charges
